How to Create a Free Invoice

    Choose a template and color

    Select Simple, Professional, or Creative. Pick an accent color to match your brand. Upload your logo if you have one.

    Fill in your details (From tab)

    Enter your name or company name, email, phone, and address. This appears as the sender on the invoice.

    Fill in the client's details (To tab)

    Enter your client's name, email, and address. This is the 'Bill To' section.

    Add line items (Items tab)

    Add each service or product with quantity, rate, and optional per-item tax rate. The total updates live. Click + Add Line Item for more.

    Set invoice number and dates (Details tab)

    Set a unique invoice number, the invoice date, and the due date. Add a discount and notes or payment terms.

Can I add my company logo?
Yes. Click the "Upload logo" button in the template section and select an image file (PNG, JPG, SVG). Your logo appears on the invoice preview in real time and will be included when you print to PDF.
Does the invoice support taxes and VAT?
Yes. You can set a tax rate per line item (useful for mixed tax rates in the same invoice), or enable "single tax rate" mode to apply one percentage to all items. The tax amount is shown as a separate line in the totals.
Can I add a discount?
Yes. In the Details tab, enter a discount as a percentage (e.g. 10%) or a fixed amount (e.g. $50). The discount appears as a separate line in the invoice totals.
Is my invoice data stored on your servers?
No. All invoice data is stored only in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to any server. This makes the tool safe for sensitive business information.
